For Youth Dental Care Zoetermeer, the lipdub was a special project. It wasn't just any lipdub workshop, but an activity with a double purpose. On the one hand, the lipdub served as a cheerful Teambuilding moment for the whole team. On the other hand, the recording was used for promotion: the lipdub went through the new practice and thus gave a unique behind-the-scenes look.
A significant highlight of the day was the unveiling of the Dental Car, a remarkable new initiative that was immediately incorporated into the lipdub. By featuring this element, the video not only took on a festive character, but also a substantive added value which aligned with the practice's mission.
The lipdub was filmed in and around the new practice location. This gave employees the chance to work together in their new environment while literally showcasing the premises. The result was more than just a fun activity: it became a promotional video that perfectly showed what Youth Dental Care stands for
In addition to its internal value for teambuilding, the lipdub also had a strong external function. The video was shared on social media, including a LinkedIn post that generated many positive reactions. This served for branding, but also for recruiting new staff. This made the lip dub a powerful tool for Employer branding and the lipdub video gave visibility to the new practice.
✔ Unveiling the Dental Car

✔ Lipdub as a promotional video for the organisation
✔ Employer branding via social media
A lipdub workshop is more than just fun and teambuilding; it's a powerful way to strengthen connection and collaboration. And in this case, the lipdub video was also used to promote the new practice.
