FYEO organised a grand event in Tilburg Company event where connection, enjoyment, and creativity were central. In addition to other activities, the company also opted for a Lipdubworld's lipdub workshop from Lipdubworld. Instead of one joint recording, a creative variation was chosen this time: three separate lipdubs that were later merged into one dynamic mash-up video.
During the event, employees were divided into groups who simultaneously made their own lipdub. While some participants were busy dressing up, rehearsing, and recording, others were actively involved in the other parts of the programme. This parallel approach created a lot of energy and engagement: everyone had the chance to contribute in their own way.
The final result was extra special. The three lipdubs were professionally edited into one powerful final video. Songs were chosen that perfectly aligned with FYEO's core values. We created a mash-up of these songs beforehand. This resulted not only in an upbeat compilation but also a substantial story that showcased what the company stands for. The mash-up is one of our valuable Extra options.
A highlight of the day was the screening of the lipdub during the drinks reception. For the staff, it was a festive and unifying moment: the shared laughter, singing, and dancing came to life again on screen. It generated pride and energy, precisely what FYEO aimed to achieve with the event.
By combining multiple lipdubs into one final video, this activity took on a unique character. For FYEO, it became an unforgettable way to show how collaboration, fun, and company culture come together in a creative lip-syncing activity.

During Lipdubworld's lipdub workshop you will make an energetic videoclip together in one take. Perfect as Company outing or bachelorette party activity, where collaboration and fun are paramount. You'll meet our lipdub director(s) at the agreed location. After a brief introduction, we'll start the lipdub activity. We'll begin by forming teams, after which you can choose fun props and accessories to make your scene extra striking.
Next, we will practise the lipdub several times, both by team and with the whole group. Our lipdub crew will guide you step by step, ensuring everything synchronises well. Once everything is in place, we will record the lipdub video at the end at least twice.
