Unlike traditional music videos, which often consist of multiple short shots, a lipdub is one long, flowing take in which the entire group participates. The main activity during, for example, your Company event or Bachelorette.
When making a lipdub, we divide the group into smaller teams, with each team getting a part of the song lyrics. While the camera is rolling, each team walks through the location and performs their section of the song. Subsequently, the previous groups can move to their next role. Everyone is usually assigned 2 or 3 spots, and together we create a cool route through the location. This results in a fun, varied video clip that ultimately ends with the whole group together. This ensures a dynamic and energetic video that is guaranteed to be a lot of fun!

Above you saw our method during a lipdub at a dental practice. For larger groups, we always bring at least two professional filmmakers. Each filmmaker supervises their own sub-group, so no one gets lost. We always start with an extensive rehearsal: only when everyone knows their part and the energy is right do we begin filming. This is how we guarantee a smooth process and a strong final result.
In the other video, you can see a making-of video, one of our popular Extra options. With backstage footage, spontaneous moments, and professional editing, it forms a unique addition to your lipdub. Perfect for sharing on social media and a lasting memory of your lipdub day.
During Lipdubworld's lipdub workshop you will make an energetic videoclip together in one take. Perfect as Company outing or bachelorette party activity, with collaboration and fun at its heart. You will meet our lipdub director(s) at the agreed location. After a brief introduction, we will begin the lipdub activity. We'll start by forming teams, after which you can choose fun props and accessories to make your scenes extra eye-catching.
Next, we will practise the lipdub several times, both by team and with the whole group. Our lipdub crew will guide you step by step, ensuring everything synchronises well. Once everything is in place, we will record the lipdub video at the end at least twice.

When you decide to do a lipdub, you can request a no-obligation quote. We will then contact you. We'll look at when you want to do it, with how many people and where. Once everything is arranged, we'll plan the day. We'll arrange a meeting location where our filmmaker will meet the group. Then the activity will begin! Do you also have fancy dress costumes?
Certainly. We will bring enough equipment for the whole group, this is included. If you want to convey a specific theme, for example, it is advisable to bring some of your own as well.
