The Lipdub Event Booth from Lipdubworld is an interactive social activator where visitors become part of one collective music video. Our regular lipdub activity typically lasts around two hours, but the Lipdub Event Booth is deliberately set up differently. With the same features, however.
Unlike a traditional photobooth, where the photo is the end product, this video booth is about collaboratively creating one large piece of art.
1. In advance, the organisation will choose one song for the event, a well-known hit from our list or optionally a unique, tailor-made AI song. This will be entirely in the style of the event or the company's vision.
2. Visitors are assigned a short snippet of this song and we film them as they sing, dance or act it out to the camera.
3. Each visitor will be assigned a different part of the song.
4. All individual recordings are merged into a video clip, in which visitors appear one after another within one continuous song.
5. This process repeats throughout the day. This results in multiple video clips of the same song, each time with different visitors.
6. Our crew edits the videos live and plays them back on screen at the lip dub event booth. So definitely pop by again later!
7. Via a QR code, visitors gain access to a page where they can rewatch the videos. The organisation also receives a video afterwards featuring all filmed participants.
The videos are shown entirely in the event branding, and afterwards we can also optionally create a unique aftermovie: a mix of the best visitor moments and backstage footage, as a lasting memory!

Once everything is arranged, we'll plan the day. We'll arrange a meeting location where our filmmaker will meet the group. Then the activity will begin! Certainly. We will bring enough equipment for the whole group, this is included. If you want to convey a specific theme, for example, it is advisable to bring some of your own as well.
